How to Consume Vitamineral Green Capsules
Start with 3 VeganCaps™ per day (8 caps = 1T powder). Increase gradually to a suggested usage of 8 capsules and work up to 16 capsules per day, either all at once or divided.· 8 caps/day = 50 day supply.· Take with fresh juice or purified water. · Mixing with carrot juice may produce gas.
