WAYS OF GETTING OXYGEN INTO YOUR BODY USING H202
*Oxygen water. Five drops of H2O2 may be used with distilled or filtered water, juice or milk. The hydrogen peroxide “cocktail” taken on an empty stomach, gives you the energy boost you need to start your day. Also great before a work out!
*Foot bath! Put 2 oz of H202 is warm water and soak feet for 20 minutes.
*Spray it on your body. Water and one half oz of H202 in a spray bottle. Spray on clean body and let dry.
*Cool mist humidifier. FLU SEASON IS HERE! The air you breath can be enhanced and cleansed to the point of sterilization by way of a room vaporizer. 1 to 2oz of Food Grade 35% H202 to each gallon of water. The essence of fresh room air will be obvious.
*Oxygen Bath! Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of H202 to bath water. Our Super Oxy-Bath can be added. WOW, Let the healing begin!!
DOSAGE FOR PETS
For small animals (dogs & cats) add 1 ounce of the 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide to 1 quart of their drinking water. [Remember: That's the 3% dilution, not the 35% concentration. Do NOT use the 3% pharmaceutical grade H2O2 found in drugstores. You must start with 35% food grade H2O2 and dilute it down to 3% as directed For larger pets, adjust the dose accordingly.
(3% = 1oz of 35% H2O2 + 11oz of filtered water)

35% H2O2 Shipping and Hazardous Materials Fee
- Peroxides at a strength of 20% or higher must be shipped in accordance with hazardous materials regulations. Be extremely wary of any retailers who don't tell you this or don't ship your products as a hazardous material. They are either selling something that is not what they say it is, or they are breaking the law.
- Fedex and UPS assess a hazardous materials fee of $25 for every box containing 35% H2O2 shipped. We have included this fee in all of our pricing.
- Shipments of 35% Peroxide require signatures of an individual 18 years or older at time of delivery. Considerable fees apply to incorrect shipping addresses or returned items.
- IMPORTANT - Peroxide is not permitted to be transported on airplanes. Never take peroxide on an airplane and do not attempt to transport in luggage when traveling. DOT and FAA regulations strongly prohibit, and you will face serious consequences for failure to comply.

What is it and how to conquer it?
What Is The Herxheimer Reaction? The Herxheimer Reaction, or as it is sometimes called “The Die-Off Process” occurs when the body tries to eliminate the toxins produced during the cleansing or detoxification process faster than the body can dispose of them.
Although you may think the cleansing or detoxification treatment is not working because you feel worse than before you started the treatment you must carry on with your treatment as the Herxheimer Reaction is a good sign that your body is dumping the harmful toxins and getting it ready for regeneration.

- Relax and massage aching areas

- Steam baths or hot sauna
- Lemon water and dandelion root tea will help the liver which becomes overworked during the Herxheimer Reaction process
- Do not consume any sugar or caffeine
- Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, turnip and dark leafy greens. These will help with your bowel movements and flush out more toxins
