Benefits of Sea Salt Soak
Sea salt is a great purifier. It dissolves or dissipates negative energy. This is why many crystal therapists and experts recommend cleansing crystals and gemstones with sea salt. Sea salt that has been used to clear/cleanse crystals should not be reused and should be disposed of.
Bathing in sea salt helps to remove negative vibrations as well as Malochia ("evil eye").
Sea salt is alkaline and therefore helps to de-acidify the body and raise the body's pH levels. The salt water penetrates the skin's pores and enters into the bloodstream and thus enters the tissues and begins to remove accumulations of lactic acid (which is produced in response to working out or exercising as well as being produced as a byproduct of the catabolism of dairy products).
