Return Policy

Please keep in mind that Rebekah’s is a small business. Please do your research before purchasing a product to avoid the return process. We suggest contacting the manufacturer before attempting to return a product, especially if you have already opened the product.

We accept returned products that are unopened within 30 days of purchase. You must provide your receipt for a refund. We do not price match. The refund amount will go back to the card that the original purchase was made from. (If you made several payments on your order with several cards, they will all be refunded using the same method). If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

We do not refund shipping costs. All products are guaranteed for their listed description as well as their physical condition, but we are not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit.

We cannot offer a refund or exchange if you opened the product.

No refunds will be given for custom orders. This policy is in place to protect our artists from fraud.

If you purchased a product for another person, feel free to gift it to the intended recipient. Borrowing is acceptable as well.

Thank you for your understanding.

The United States Return Policy Guide

If you live in the United States, your rights to a refund are very limited. According to the Federal Trade Commission:

You can get a refund or replacement if your item is different from what was described on the website. You can try to return it to the store where you purchased it for a refund. Keep all your paperwork and the item itself – the refund may be processed back to the same method of payment.

You have up to a year to request a replacement or refund. In some cases, you may get a refund earlier, depending on when the item was purchased. Keep in mind that you are responsible for shipping the item back to the store. No money will be refunded to you for shipping costs. You may have a restocking fee if you do return the item via mail.

Your guarantee is voided if you gave the item as a gift. You should contact the store if you have this question. An item must be unused and in the exact condition, you received it for a replacement or refund.

The item must also be defective for a full refund.

This can be a tricky one because what is considered normal wear and tear is fairly broad. We’ve had people request full refunds for products that only had a single groove in the middle of the plastic tray where they store their product.
As a general rule of thumb, if you have your item still, unopened, and in its original packaging, you might be able to get a refund. If you no longer have your packaging, or the packaging is damaged so significantly that the product is likely to be damaged if tried to be resealed, you probably will not get a refund.

Also, keep in mind that we can’t refund you money if you just changed your mind and felt that the product wasn’t what you thought it was. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you should have asked the question beforehand and not bought the product in the first place.

These rules may seem strict, and they are, but we’re also keeping within the bounds of reality.

It’s best if you understand them when making a purchase from us, otherwise, you may be very surprised by things you consider normal wear and tear suddenly no longer being so and you have to pay for it.

Thank you again for your time and we hope you’re happy with your purchase!
