The side effect of consuming the amount of magnesium your body needs often it comes with stomach and colon upset. For this reason, we offer 2 Magnesium Creams, one with D3 and one with GABA & B5, the latter may help with sleep and stress related issues. Both creams are very emollient and are not sticky or tacky like other magnesium creams on the market. Both of our magnesium creams off all the benefits magnesium has to offer without the stomach and/or colon upset.

• Usage: Start with 1 pump to determine your ideal amount. Dispense into palm of hand and rub onto the skin of your abdomen, inner arms or thighs. Rotate product placement as you continue to use it.
