Each slow press of the pump delivers approximately 20mg micronized Bio-Identical Progesterone USP (wild yam derived) and 50 mg of Phytoestrogens. Use only as directed. Apply once or twice a day as needed. Dispense cream into the palm of your hand and rub it onto the skin of your abdomen, inner arms, or thighs. Rotate areas each time. Do not use for more than 3 weeks out of the month. This product is intended for people over 18 years of age. This product contains approximately 80 single pump servings.
